Overview: The INS Infusion Therapy Standards of Practice provides the framework to define and develop organizational infusion-based policies and procedures for all practice settings. The standards are updated every five years, with the latest revisions published in 2021. Mary Alexander will outline the review and revision process that goes into updating the standards, highlight major changes with clinical implications, and the impact these latest standards make on global vascular access management.
