For every four* cases of BD SafetyGlide™ allergy syringe trays you purchase, you can get one additional case of BD SafetyGlide™ allergy syringe trays. (Cat. no. 305950 – 1-mL 27-G x 1/2-in regular bevel, or Cat. no. 305951 – 1-mL 26-G x 3/8-in intradermal bevel only) The 20% savings represents the value of the total products received during this promotion. This offer is valid on purchases made from March 1 to May 31, 2017.
How to request additional cases earned:
1. Fill out the information on the form to the right.
2. Attach your invoice(s), showing the BD products purchased.
3. Submit the form.
BD will mail the additional cases earned. You should receive the product within six to eight weeks.
Rules and eligibility:
- This promotion runs from March 1 to May 31, 2017.
- Eligible product purchases can occur at once or anytime during the promotion period to earn additional cases. Multiple invoices that add up to the requirement for total cases purchased should be submitted at one time using a single claim form.
- All invoices must be received no later than June 30, 2017.
- Packing slips are NOT acceptable as proof of purchase.
- This promotion is limited to the catalog numbers listed on bd.com/Allergy for BD SafetyGlide™ allergy syringe trays (Cat. no. 305950 or Cat no. 305951).
- You can earn up to 25 additional cases per customer and location.
- Each product redemption must meet the minimum required product purchase for an individual catalog number. Additional cases must match the catalog number of the eligible product purchase.
- Only alternate site (nonacute care) customers are eligible for this promotion.
