Indiana University Health has targeted Catheter Associated Urinary Tract Infections (CAUTI) reduction as an area of focus in the organizational HAI initiative. With the resource constraints imposed by responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization was faced with key decisions relative to prioritization of ongoing initiatives while managing the pandemic response. During this session, panelists will discuss the approach relative to ensuring appropriate prioritization, best practice identification and incorporation, and the importance of change management.
