This session, featuring experts from Florida Cancer Specialists and BayCare, explores the shared challenges and unique compliance journeys of two leading institutions.

Attendees will gain insights into strategies for mitigating exposure risks through engineering controls, closed-system transfer devices (CSTDs), and personal protective equipment (PPE). The program emphasizes the critical role of pharmacy–nursing collaboration, supported by strategic partnerships, in fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
