Elise PLEYNET is Senior Project Manager, Business PMO – Quality at BD Medical – Pharmaceutical Systems. She has worked for more than 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry. She worked for a Contract Manufacturing Organization in Clinical Trials and then she was responsible for quality compliance, which included change management, supplier management, audits and inspections. Elise started at BD as a regional Customer Quality Manager engaging with our customers based in Northern Europe. She then moved to the Customer Analytical Team when it was created in 2018 where she supported the implementation of the helpdesk which then lead on to the creation of the Customer Portal. She has successfully led multiple projects, including the CNC transformation simplifying processes and implementing supportive tools as well as the first phase of the customer portal, which was successfully launched in November 2020. Elise is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and trained as a qualified person.

Christine SYSTERMANS is WW CNC Specialist – Quality Assurance at BD Medical – Pharmaceutical Systems. After 3 years in working as a logistics and a Customer service assistant, Christine Systermans joined BD in 2006 at the Customer service Department of BD France managing purchase orders, customer requests and logistics projects. She also worked as a Quality System Technician ensuring the record and archiving of change controls, CAPAs (Corrective Action Preventive Actions) and deviations. In 2013, she moved to BD Medical - Pharmaceutical Systems’ Documentation Department where she managed quality documents in QDMS (Quality Document Management System) & SAP. In 2017, she joined the CNC (Customer Notification of Change Department) as a CNC Specialist managing customer contacts. Since December 2020, she is contributing to the implementation of Customer Portal defining user requirements, writing and executing tests, meeting with supplier to build the interface and defining functionalities. She is now in charge of training for internal and external customers. Christine holds a Master « LEA » International Business Negotiator - English-Spanish.

Marie-Liesse Le Corfec leads global portfolio marketing for the pre-fillable pharmaceutical systems Business Unit of BD. She also leads a company-wide task force dedicated to serving pharmaceutical manufacturers companies developing drugs and vaccines against covid-19, with an array of products and services for research, development, delivery and supporting near-real time epidemiology data. Trained in Business Management at Kedge Business School and Aston University, and in Health Economics and Policy at the London School of Economics, Marie-Liesse has 30 years of experience in healthcare industries of which about half were in the vaccine industry.
